There are a number of ways of using your website to sell your work ranging from "email an enquiry" buttons beside individual items to complete shopping carts with postage, tax and discounts.

If you want to take direct payments by credit card you need a shopping cart system to calculate the order and a payment gateway to process the cards (as well as a high street bank account).
We can enable you to sell online using PayPal. They offer a free shopping cart combined with a payment gateway. There are no setting-up or annual fees and low commissions and shoppers no longer have to sign up to PayPal to make payments. It is a basic cart without many options but it is cheap and quick to set up.
The more sophisticated shopping cart system we use is a set of scripts which integrate into the site. It can handle a number of shipping methods as well as discounts and referrals. It costs £80 as a one-off licence fee.
offline sales
If you do not want to take orders online we can provide a free shopping cart system which calculates orders and emails them to you but does not link directly to a payment gateway.
